WHAT IS STEP INTO HEALTH?
Step into Health is a comprehensive programme that aims to help people of differing health and fitness levels to improve their wellbeing and empower them to achieve their own personal health objectives.
Covering Physical Activity, Nutrition & Weight Management and Stress Management, the interactive Step into Health programme recognises that lack of time can often be a barrier to health improvement and so all information is available both online and in workbook format, meaning this is accessible to you at all times.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
The programme takes approximately 13 weeks and is distance learning, so you never have to attend college. You can study whenever and wherever you choose.
You will receive a theory manual, three workbooks and a DVD. The workbooks simply check that you have understood the content of the units and enable you to pass the course and achieve an entry level three Aim Award.
You will be assigned your own tutor who will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.

The programme really helped to remind me of what I should be doing. I'm often guilty of spending my days encouraging others to be healthy (Through my job) but forgetting about me.

One of the outstanding features of the programme is the way it shows you how you can implement healthy eating, exercise and stress management into every day life.

I found the course extremely useful to making changes to my life and understading why I'm doing so. I have lost some weight slowly and feel it is realistic to keep the weight off and hopefully lose more.
